Melonie Gardens is located just North of 82nd st, and East of Indiana Ave, and was developed mostly in the 70’s.
Melonie Gardens is located in the Lubbock Independent School District, and is developed just up the street from Waters Elementary, which feeds into Evans Middle School, and Monterey High School, Home of the Plainsmen.
Homes in this area are known for their incredible craftsmanship, and due to the age of the area the incredible trees that are hard to find on the south plains.
