Welcome to the Trails! Our hope with these blog posts is to give you a short synopses of a local Lubbock or Plainview neighborhood. Today we are in a very exclusive and prestigious neighborhood, The Trails! The Trails is located in south Lubbock off of Milwaukee ave just North of 92nd st., and is built around one of the most beautiful parks in Lubbock, complete with swings for the kids, a walking trail, porch swings, and beautiful vines over the pergolas that line the park.
Development for this area began around 2010 and still has a few lots left today. The Trails is a part of the Frenship Independent School District and feeds into Crestview Elementary School, Heritage Middle School and Frenship High School.
