The McCullough Family
I wanted to take some time this week to reminisce on one of my most favorite clients- and some of my very first. When I first got licensed finding clients seemed to be difficult. Not many people wanted to work with me when they realized my limited experience. I often found myself trying REALLY hard to impress people, study, and work to prove my qualifications or ability to do this job.
I had the privilege of meeting the McCullough family through our church, and my husband and I began to grow a friendship with Maura and Justin. When they learned I was licensed they took a chance on me- and I have never been more grateful. They believed in me, and this transaction actually could not have gone smoother. Our search was relatively quick, and the sellers we worked with were genuinely kind and excited for them, their two girls, and their longtime love of a pup, Holly.
They have poured so much of who they are into this home. They have added all new carpets, scraped most of the ceilings to rid them of the popcorn texture, painted just about all of the home, and even updated the master bathroom shower. Maura is one of the most creative people I have ever met; she is always creating, crafting, and sharing her smile with the world. Their home is gorgeous and a great reflection of who they are. Genuine and joyful.
There is great joy inside their home, and it was my complete honor to share in their laughter this particular afternoon.
Justin & Maura- your home reflects who you are. It is welcoming, warm, filled with laughter, and tethered together with grace. Thank you both for taking a chance on me at the beginning of my career, believing in me, and making it by far one of the most memorable times in my life. I couldn't be more proud to come back to your home and enjoy time with you and your beautiful family. Congratulations from us to you!
