I am so excited to show you all what we have been working on! Last week I took you down memory lane with the before pictures of the home we have been remodeling. We started the remodel at the beginning of July, and here we are today to spotlight the after pictures of the house located at 2901 89th Street. There has been a ton of love poured into this home; it comes dressed with new paint throughout, new carpet, and new vinyl flooring. Located in South Lubbock with a park just down the street. I always like to start with my favorite picture of the home.
The kitchen was my favorite transformation. It went from dark to light in a matter of days, and I am a sucker for subway tile. Not to mention we are expecting a new stainless steel oven and microwave to be delivered in a few short weeks. I have seen a lot of meals enjoyed here; I know the new owners will appreciate the details put into this space.
Logistics: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,091 square feet, and additional space for an office.
Yes, three bathrooms. One of the things I like about this home is one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. Great set up for kids or guest room.
New carpet throughout the home. Fresh and inviting. Ah.
Yes! More subway tile! In the master bathroom, we pulled out the old surround and put this beauty in.
One of the unique features we added were the planter boxes on the pergola. I love the idea of adding benches in-between each post to create more seating. This is the ideal set up for a backyard BBQ!
