Hey you guys welcome to this weeks neighborhood Minute, today we are out in Suncrest a great development in South Lubbock just off of Quaker Ave sandwhiched between 98th st and 110th st. This area began development in the early 2000’s and finished up around 2010, lets go check it out.
Suncrest is a part of the Cooper Independent School district and feeds in to central elementary, Laura Bush middle school, and liberty high school. Residents love this area for it’s quiet culs-de-sacs and quick access to shopping near 114th and quaker, like HEB, Walmart, Academy, and many restaurants.
