The Watts Family
The Watts family is dear to my family and me. In the early months of 2015 they had contacted me ready to purchase a new home for their family. They have two children; Cole runs his own business and Veronica works as a marketing director for a local hospital here in Lubbock. They made sure I knew- they weren't looking for a house that needed projects done. They wanted to move in and relax- unfortunately; none had that feel.
We looked at multiple different options, until I took them to one of my listings that went on the market the fall of 2014. It was to die for, recently remodeled, new paint and flooring throughout, not to mention the huge kitchen that opens up to the dining area with beautiful bay windows. The huge master suite gave them the retreat they wanted to wind down after a long day, and the open concept of the common area ensured that they would have plenty of opportunities for quality time together as a family.
From the moment Cole and Veronica walked in they immediately felt at home. I love when this happens. Working with buyers can be hit or miss. My goal in working with any buyer is to find that place where they walk in and just know this is it. Sometimes it takes looking at a few, sometimes it means searching for a couple of months. Either way, I believe they know when it feels like home.
Working with some of your best friends is one of the greatest honors I have. Living life closely with this family has always been life-giving, and it is my prayer that this home is everything they need for years to come. Cole and Veronica- you bless my family in more ways than you will ever know.
