A West Texas native and Texas Tech marketing graduate, Kristen has served Lubbock-area buyers and sellers as a full-time real estate professional since returning to the area in 2007. She is passionate about helping families find the place where life happens.
A Texas Tech marketing graduate with experience in retail management, sales, leadership, and ministry, Jonathan helps lead and empower the Wright Realty & Design team. His focus is ensuring every client feels supported while buying, selling, or reimagining a home.
Born and raised in Lubbock, Maggie attended Wayland Baptist University on a soccer scholarship and remains deeply involved in her community, church, and children’s school. She views real estate as personal service and loves helping people find the right home for each season of life.
West Texas has always been home to Krista. A Texas Tech nursing graduate, she built her career around caring for others before bringing that same heart for service to real estate. She values relationships and is committed to helping families find a home that feels like a blessing.
Kailee moved to Lubbock from California with her husband and four children, and West Texas quickly became home. She loves building relationships and supporting clients through the buying and selling process. Outside real estate, she enjoys family time, travel, cooking, fitness, and leading worship.
After graduating from Wayland Baptist University, Sharon spent 35 years serving Plainview families as a teacher and administrator. She now brings that deep community connection to real estate, helping clients find the place where the next chapter of their story can begin.
Kristie’s career has always centered on service, community, and relationships. She helps buyers and sellers make decisions around their individual style, needs, and budget, and believes client care should continue well beyond the transaction.
Kristi came to Lubbock for college and made it home. A Texas Tech graduate and former high school social studies teacher, she brings a natural love of people and family to real estate. She enjoys helping clients find the home where their own lives can unfold.
A REALTOR® since 2018, Rachel serves buyers and sellers across Plainview, Lubbock, surrounding communities, and beyond. Her industry leadership includes service with Texas REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and numerous local Board of REALTORS® roles.
Born and raised in Lubbock, Harper graduated from Frenship High School in 2026, where she was active in sports and student organizations and lettered in cheerleading, volleyball, and track. She is currently attending Texas Tech University while serving as administrative assistant for Wright Realty & Design. In addition to helping the team stay connected to clients and the community, Harper works to ensure each team member has the resources and support needed to provide an exceptional, personal experience.
