Welcome to Meadows South! Our hope with these short synopsis’s is to give you a brief look at local areas around Lubbock & Plainview. Meadows South is nestled between frankford and Slide, just south of 98th st, and is known for its quiet streets, and cozy culs-de-sacs.
This neighborhood is located in the Cooper Independent School District and features Cooper West Elementary, Laura Bush Middle School, and Cooper High School.
Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built between 2000-2015, and home values in the area star about $150,000, and go all the way up to about $250,000 at the time of our research.
