Welcome to Ravenwood! Our hope with these short synopsis’s is to give you a brief look at local areas around Lubbock & Plainview. Ravenwood is located in Lubbock, Texas, southwest of town off of 105th st, and Quaker Ave. Most people know Ravenwood to be a safe neighborhood, with minimal entrances, and many culs-de-sacs, making it a “road less traveled” for sure.
This neighborhood features a Home Owners Association, has a lake, a park, mutiple pergolas, and a cozy fireplace just begging for residents to gather round.
Ravenwood is the Cooper Independent School District, and feeds into Cooper Central Elementary, Laura Bush Middle School, and Cooper High School. These custom built homes were mainly built between 2005-2012, with home values starting around the low $300K’s, and go all the way up to the mid $500’s at the time of our research.
