Welcome to Pheasant Run! Our hope with these blog posts is to give you a short synopses of a local Lubbock or Plainview neighborhood. Today we’re in Pheasant Run, a southwest Lubbock neighborhood located off of 82nd st and Frankford ave.
Pheasant run was built and developed in the late 80’s around Crestview Elementary school, located in the Frenship Indpendent School District and feeds into Heritage Middle School, and Frenship High School.
This older more established neighborhood is knowns for its quiet culs-de-sacs, friendly atmosphere, and tree lined streets.
