Welcome to Vintage Township! Our hope with these blog posts is to give you a short synopses of a local Lubbock or Plainview neighborhood. Today we’re visiting a well known staple in the Lubbock Community, Vintage Township, located off of 114th and Quaker Ave.
Vintage Township has one of the higher Home Owner Association fees in Lubbock county, but also has one of the greatest parks, pools, splash pad, and community centers. Their HOA is known all around town for putting on great events for those in the neighborhood, and attracts many visitors in the winter with their Christmas displays in the Park.
The neighborhood is located in the Cooper Independent School District, and features Cooper Central, Laura Bush Middle School, and Cooper High School.
