This area is located between 82nd & 98th just off of Indiana ave, &  is really adored and sought out by first time home buyers for it’s quick access to Charles A. Guy Park, it’s top rated elementary school, and it’s convenient location to south Lubbock.

 

Raintree is located in the Lubbock Independent School District, and features Honey Elementary, Evans Middle School, and Monterey High School. This area was built around Charles A. During the height of the 2020 pandemic, we pulled in some of our favorite Jr. Agents to do some of these for you. This premier established neighborhood was primarily built in the 80’s-90’s and features varied home designs and very unique architecture.
